Slate Monolith SM85 is an excellent example of a striking large monolith water feature to be included in a medium or large scale garden design. This imposing tower of real Welsh Slate echoes the countries’ neolithic sites such as Moel Ty Uchaf. This slate monolith can be combined with our Large Reservoir Pack that includes a reservoir, hose, clip & pump to complete the water feature set up.
Slate Monolith SM85 is made from real Welsh Slate, sourced from a North Wales quarry and hand finished by Ioan Raymond in his Southampton Workshop. Many customers like to use monoliths with a number of our garden accessories, including our Welsh Slate Benches, slate stepping stones, 20mm chippings and LED Lighting (available in the basket when purchasing a monolith).

Installation
All our core drilled Stone Monoliths require additional products to complete the water feature functionality, namely a water reservoir, pump, hose and jubilee clips. Either integrate with an existing set up or ideally use our Large Reservoir Pack. Water is recycled through the reservoir and back to the top with the pump, so a constant water supply is not required. We recommend contracting a professional electrician to provide the outside mains power for the pump.
