Delivery is usually within 5 working days, although we can hold stock for short amounts of time (birthday gifts, as one example – buy now and arrange a later delivery). 

Ioan aims to deliver most large pieces in person, although we do use a trusted & insured courier for smaller items, some exceptions and hard to reach locations.

Standard consumer rights apply, although we should highlight that in over 7 years in business we are yet to have one single product returned.

 

Delivery & Returns Info

Predominantly plum in colour the photograph shows the monolith when it is wet. This will dry a slightly lighter colour. Delivery can be arranged with our courier, alternatively this can be collected from the workshop, strictly by appointment only. Slate Monoliths of this size and shape are getting increasingly difficult to source. For alternative features in stock please check the online shop. The window stone slate structure allows the viewer to have a different perspective on things.
